We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. While all sales are generally final, we do offer returns or replacements only under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Product defective on arrival

  • Parcel damaged during transit


What You Need to Do

To process a return or replacement in the above cases, the following is required:

📸 Submit a complete, uncut unboxing video from start to finish, clearly showing:

  • The unopened package

  • Shipping label

  • Full contents of the box

  • The issue (incorrect item, damage, or defect)

This video is mandatory and helps us file claims with the courier and evaluate your request accurately.

Our Review Process

Once we receive your concern and video, our team will carefully review the details and determine the appropriate action — either a replacement or a refund.
We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet the above requirements.


Refund Policy

If your return is approved, refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is inspected.

You can choose between:

  • A refund to your original payment method, or

  • Store credit for future purchases


Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or custom-made pre-booking products

  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance
